Really loving Parmesan. Perfect with my Spag bol.
Anyway, if you hold down select on a persons name in the friends list as if you were about to drag it, it crashes, and then you click continue or cancel and it takes the whole system down with it :D

Are you running Parmesan in a 16 colour mode? You’re supposed to be able to drag friends around (you can drag them into a chat window to make multi-way conversations), but it doesn’t seem to like drawing their display pictures for a drag operation in 16 colour modes.

No, its a strongarm with 2meg VRAM 1024×768 32thousand colours.

I think I’ve narrowed this down to the DragAnObject module – I’d forgotten that Parmesan needs a later version than is present in RISC OS 4. This is now supplied in the download archive, so try the latest version (making sure you merge the !System directory supplied) and see if that fixes it.

Mine crashes too but does not take the whole system down with it. It’s a SA RPC with RO3.7, 64MB RAM, 2MB VRAM.
