I was trying to encode an avi. file and the cmd box said “Audio buffer has 20971729 bytes in 100352 packets Internal error: string exception reached top level too many packets in ffmpeg source demultiplexor” can you help me, what do I do?

OK it looks like the encoder doesn’t like the source video soundtrack. Is it AAC or AC3 by any chance?

You might have to transcode the audio track into mp3.
