Hell DsVideo crew i have a few ideas for you to use on the next version of your ds player

First off you sould make the bottom screen to shut off during a movie.

Second you should have a volume amplifier to go up to 200%(like on moonshell how it can go up to 400%) instead of the ds volume knob.

and last you should make an options menu to do other things like a delete button if the movie you just encoded doesnt work.

Thanks for the program i really like it and i hope this program can get other formats like dpg and stuff.

We have discussed blanking the bottom screen, and I think this function should make it into a future release. As for software amplification, I’m not sure. We’ll discuss that to see if it’s possible to do in a nice way.

I don’t think we will be able to support deleting. All of the current file operations are read-only, and it keeps things simple in our code.

We also cannot support DPG, as it’s a completely different video system from ours.

what about a medium crop option with a preview ?

actually we have full crop, or “no crop”
but a medium crop option would be interesting too…

any one agree ? fir 16:9 films is important in order to dont lost too much details…

I don’t know about getting volume up 200 or 400%, but it would be nice if there were a built in volume control to fine tune, the slider doesn’t let you control very well with head phones. deleting would be nice though so I don’t have to swith off and take the card out to get rid of a video that didn’t encode properly.
